Telavox’s innovative product roadmap recognized in the prestigious Forrester Wave 

Saintes, 4 october 2023 - The renowned research and advisory firm Forrester has recently released its highly anticipated report, The Forrester Wave™: UCaaS, Q3, 2023. In the report, Telavox is recognised as a Contender and one of the global leaders thanks to the company's strong offering in the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) segment.

The assessment has been made based on several selection criteria, such as current offering, product capabilities, user experience, strategy, support Services and market presence.
